Learning in Color!
Funded Oct 11, 2021My students and I are so thankful for everyone's donations to our project! We are so grateful to receive color and black ink for our LaserJet printer! The kids were so excited when the box was delivered to the room!
With our ink, I am able to create activities and learning aids in color for my visual learners. Since they are high quality learning resources, they will last for several years! The students are excited to use these materials because look more colorful and fun! This helps to keep them engaged, and therefore, they are better able to understand the concepts I am teaching. Thank you again for the support you have shown to our classroom!”

Funded Sep 30, 2021Thank you so much for your donation to our project! My students and I are so thankful for your generosity. The kids were so excited to see the boxes delivered to our room and all of the supplies we received!
These supplies could not have come at a better time! With the viruses that have been going around school, many of our students have been absent. We have been able to disinfect the room and kill the existing germs using the Lysol spray and wipes. The students are able to decrease the spread of germs to their peers with the tissues and hand sanitizer.
Our hope is that we have been able to decrease the number of school days students could have potentially missed. They are able to make the most of their educational opportunities by being present at school!
Thank you again for the kindness you have shown our class! We are so blessed to have the support of people like you!”

Having issues on various different levels have enabled us to have all of our reading groups reading on the same topic, but on their instructional level! The kids love the bright photographs! They have inspired the students to ask questions in order to learn more about the article we are reading. Articles about animals are a particular favorite of my students!
Again, my students and I are so blessed and thankful to have you support our classroom!”

Funded Jan 13, 2021Thank you so much for funding our project! My students and I are extremely grateful for your generosity and kindness. My students were so excited when the large box was delivered to our room. They couldn't wait to see what was inside! They love being able to use a wireless mouse and mousepad with their Chromebooks. It makes it so much easier, and more comfortable, for them to manipulate the material on their online assignments! In the past they struggled to do tasks, such as "drag and drop," but not anymore! Again, we are so thankful for your support!”

Funded Jul 20, 2020Thank you so much for funding our subscription to Moby Max! They have had the opportunity to use it in the past and are excited that they are able to continue using it. I have been able to provide remedial lessons for my students that are struggling in specific areas, such as phonics or vocabulary. I have also been able to assign lessons that are based on the standards being taught in the classroom in order to provide them with extra practice and support. Most of all, my students have enjoyed earning game time based on their progress. This aspect of the program has encouraged them to put forth their best effort. My students and I are so thankful for your generosity and support!”

Make Us Math Wiz Kidz!
Funded Oct 28, 2019My students and I are so thankful for your very generous donations to our project, Make Us Math Wiz Kidz! As the huge boxes were delivered over the course of several days, the students became more and more excited to see what the next one would hold!
The Division and Multiplication Regrouping Kits have given our students the chance to visualize the regrouping process in a different way. For some that were struggling with regrouping using the traditional method, this helped them better understand the process. The long division dry-erase boards have also been another helpful tool for our visual learners since the steps in the process are color coded.
The Problem Solving Journals have allowed students to work on solving word problems on their instructional levels. The Interlox Base Ten blocks and place value dry-erase boards have provided our students with hand on practice for understanding place value. The Snap Words Math Vocabulary cards have been great because they provide a visual as well as a motion to help them learn the terms. Learning the motions is the kids' favorite part!
Again, we are so grateful for your kindness and support!”

Funded Oct 14, 2019Thank you so much for your very generous donations to our classroom project! My students and I are so thankful for your support! They couldn't wait to see what was in the three huge boxes that were delivered to our room!
The headphones have been wonderful! My students think it's cool to wear the "fancy" headphones! Now, all of my students have headphones to use when working on intervention programs. The microphone allows my students to record themselves reading aloud, which allows me to measure and track their fluency progress. These particular headphones are also easy to clean, which helps cut down on the spread of germs in the classroom! The racks let us store the headphones in a safe place so they don't get lost or damaged when not in use.
Again, we are so grateful for your kindness and generosity!”

Just the Essentials - Oils That Is!
Funded Oct 11, 2019My students and I thank you so much for your donation to our classroom project! We are so grateful for your generosity. The students were so excited when the package was delivered to our room!
These essential oils have arrived at just the right time. Our school has already had illnesses such as the stomach bug and the flu, in addition to fall allergies. The essential oils have helped to purify and clean the air in our classroom, while protecting against environmental and seasonal threats.
Since we have been able to be proactive, hopefully we have been able to decrease the number of school days students could have potentially missed. By being present, they are able to take full advantage of their educational opportunities.
We are so blessed to have people like you support our classroom. Again, thank you so much for your contribution!”
