Funded Jun 17, 2025Thank you for providing my classroom with a brand new table for small group learning. I am excited to finish up this school year looking forward to the new table and a refreshed classroom when we return in the fall. Thank you for your generosity in supporting public education and making sure that every child has what they need to succeed in school.”

Funded Mar 26, 2025As we wrap up this school year I want to thank you for the impact that you've made in providing puppets to my classroom. My students have used them to practice conflict resolution, inviting others to play, and negotiating when they have different ideas. The animals are the current favorites and having a wide selection means that arguments over who gets to use which puppet are greatly reduced. I know that these puppets will continue to get great use in the years to come.
Thank you for supporting public education and ensuring that every child has what they need to succeed.”

Funded Mar 10, 2025Thank you very much for providing the Yoto player and cards for my classroom. It is delightful to be able to play high quality audiobooks (real voice performers, not a computerized voice) either for the whole class or for individuals. I love that there are no screens involved and the interface is simple. My students can operate it on their own.
So far the Gruffalo books and Diary of a Wimpy Kid books have been the class favorites. One of my students noted that, "We have so many books to choose from it's really hard to pick!" One of my next projects, at student request, will be for the corresponding paperbacks for the books we don't yet have in hard copy so that those who want to can follow along.
Thank you again for bringing the magic of audiobooks to my classroom! They are such a joy.”

Build Social Skills With Bluey
Funded May 7, 2025Wow! Thank you for bringing more Bluey to my classroom! We are in the midst of spring testing, so a bit of extra fun is exactly what we need to make school more fun and promote positive social interactions. Thank you for choosing our classroom and for bringing more fun to our learning.”

Funded Dec 4, 2024Thank you for giving my classroom great new seating options! I was asking my students which new seats were their favorites and we couldn't come to any consensus because they are all so loved! The adjustable height wobble stool is mostly used at our puzzle table these days. The 4 donut seats make our carpet a comfier, more fun place to sit and read or listen to a story. The thing I am most impressed by are the little caps that go onto the bottoms of 2 of our existing chairs to make them rock and wobble. It is all so neat! And most importantly, these seating options are giving my students more choices for being comfortable and focused while they learn.”

Funded Dec 4, 2024Thank you for helping bring peace and quiet to my school! Well, I guess it's not very quiet, but thanks to the amazing gift of headphones, every classroom in our building now has a few pairs of noise reducing headphones available for whenever the classroom noise becomes too much for them to handle. Teachers and students alike are very grateful to have this resource.
Students access the headphones during independent reading time and other independent working times when they need support to stay focused. They also choose to use them at other times when they're feeling overwhelmed. At all school assemblies, many students use the headphones because anytime you have 400 people together, things can get a bit noisy.
One thing I especially love about the headphones is that they are available to anyone and everyone who needs them, so there is no stigma around who uses them. They really are an everyone tool in our community, because everyone needs a little bit of quiet every now and again.”

Funded Oct 13, 2024Thank you for helping spruce up my classroom! The materials you have so generously given us have helped make things more organized and more functional for everyone. Thanks to the stepstool, my tiniest kindergartener can access the drinking fountain in the classroom without leaning onto the counter. This helps his shirt stay dry and comfy and gives him more independence!
The cubby gives us a place to keep emergency supplies and extra outerwear ready to grab and go right next to the classroom door. Previously our emergency bag was kept on the ground and other supplies were less accessible to those who might need them.
Lastly, the magnetic shelves provide a nice place to display the books we are reading as a class, making them easy for students to find and reference as needed, and helping making sure I don't accidently misplace them!
I really appreciate your thoughtful support.”

Funded Sep 16, 2024Thank you very much for providing my students with all of the "bits and bobbles" we needed to start this year. As a special education teacher, one of my main goals is to help my students develop their independence and that is what these things are for.
I've set up a chest of drawers that students can access independently (or with help) to meet their needs that might otherwise go unnoticed. They can help themselves to hair ties, headbands, glasses cleaning cloths, bandaids, post-it notes, markers, and more — little things that we adults often take for granted.
Our new calendar is great for tracking birthdays, holidays, school events, and the day's date. We've always had some sort of calendar, but this one is definitely a step up.
Perhaps the oddest item is the sponges. They're not being used in the traditional sense. Instead of cleaning, they're now soaked with white glue. White glue is much better at attaching papers together than glue sticks, but it is so messy. The glue sponges enable my students to pat the paper on the glue and get just the right amount. No more soggy papers means less frustration and more independence.
Thank you again for your kindness and generosity.”

Funded May 1, 2024Thank you very much for the book bins. They are nice and sturdy and their bright colors bring cheer to the classroom.
My students love that the bins are easy to take on and off the shelves and that they remain upright when placed on a table or on the floor. Unlike bins we've had in past years, they can hold a folder vertically or horizontally, making clean-up more independent for everyone.
I love that every student is able to have the same, sturdy book box and that I no longer have to find other options for some of the students and that these boxes are going to last indefinitely.
Thank you again for your support!”

Ms. Sarah
Storage Bins That Will Last
Funded Dec 31, 2023Thank you for your support. The rolling storage cart is perfect. It turns out that despite all of the photographs (and the price) implying otherwise, it didn't come with the storage bins, but we found a solution until we're maybe able to get the official bins someday. My classroom is so much better organized than it previously was! My students are building important organization skills and taking responsibility for their own classroom materials. They can easily get their materials in and out of the shelves.
Best of all, the cart is sturdy. It will keep on going strong for years, probably decades to come. Thank you for your generous support and for making this classroom transformation possible.”
