• We LOVE Online Resources!

  Having the opportunity to have ready to go materials for teachers is valuable. It's very helpful to be able to search for your topic and have 1000s of options to pick from.

  I've used this donation in multiple ways this year. Topics from bats, worms, writing, phonics, glow day, maps, pumpkins, reading, you name it, we have used Teachers Pay Teacher to help support us.

• Magnificent Microscopes Is What We Need!

  We have been having so much fun with all of our new microscopes. The students have loved being able to put different objects under the lens to see things at a different level. They have been so engaged with them and bringing things in from home to look at.

  My main goal for teaching is to create excitement and a love for learning. I love to create teaching methods that keep students on their toes and curious what is going to come next. These microscopes have assisted that goal. Hands on, engaging learning is the best kind of learning!

• Whoooo eats that?! Owl Pellet Dissection Fun!

  Wow, what an experience. The students had so much fun dissecting these owl pellets and learning all about owls this week. This is an experience they will not forget. I cannot express how thankful we are for your donations. These projects are so much fun but we could not have done it without your generous support.

  We learned about owls and discovered more about what they eat. With the owl pellets, students could physically see what the owls had for lunch. Students compared bones using a chart.

  Students were disgusted when they first saw the owl pellets but intrigued and excited once they begin the exploration.

  My main goal for teaching is to create excitement and a love for learning. I love to create teaching methods that keep students on their toes and curious what is going to come next. These items have assisted that goal. Hands on, engaging learning is the best kind of learning!

  Just to share the ideas of what I have used these items for....

  The lights were for our new view board. The studnets love this new addition.

  The binders were used for creating our new Science of Reading binders.

  The lemonade items were used for our Meet and Greet at the beginning of the year.
