Message from Executive Director Dr. Kimberly Townsend

We are excited to become a Charter Partner with DonorsChoose. The Leadership School exists to grow our students’ leadership capacity through earnest engagement in an academically rigorous, culturally relevant, and relationship-oriented environment.

We prioritize leadership development at all levels, from our students to our teachers. Our teachers know our student leaders' unique needs better than anyone.

This program empowers teachers by providing them with the necessary resources to tailor their classrooms to their students while also allowing them to strengthen relationships within their community.
