We are excited to become a District Partner with DonorsChoose. Our teachers know our students' unique needs better than anyone. This program empowers teachers by providing them the necessary resources to tailor their classroom to their students, while also giving them an opportunity to strengthen relationships within their community.

About Southside Independent School District

Southside Independent School District is a public school district located in southern Bexar County, Texas (USA). It serves the far south side of San Antonio, Texas. The district was created to address the physical and intellectual needs of a growing student population in the Southside Community.

The Southside ISD consists of 8 schools serving more than 5,600 students and 800 employees and approximately 400 teachers.
