Light Table for Little Learners
Funded Aug 9, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donations in helping us fund our light table. This is one of my student's favorite centers to play in! They are able to work on communication, fine motor, social/emotional, and pre-academic skills with the light table.
I have seen so much progress so far across all areas with my students just by using the light table. It is a highly motivating and engaging for my students and helps them learn though play.
I can not thank you enough for your generous donations!”

Funded Oct 14, 2020Thank you so much for your generous support! We are so thankful for your dentations! My kiddos have been thrilled with their new train table.
It has opened up so many more learning opportunities. More kiddos want to play in the center which makes for great social skill practice. New pieces have allowed use to introduce new vocabulary. The storage underneath have been a life saver especially with COVID.
Your donation will not only reach my current students but all future students that walk into the classroom. Thank you so much!”

Hands-on Play for Hands-on Learning
Funded Oct 19, 2019Thank you so much for your generous contributions! We are so excited for our new supplies! The kiddos were grinning from ear to ear when we opened up the boxes!
The supplies came at the most perfect time! Out 2 Step products got put right to use. We used our Jack-o-lantern to go along with our fall unit. Students were able to work on fine motor, sharing, identification, and cognition skills all while playing. We can not wait for our Snowman and Gingerbread stories to play more!
The matching chicken is such a big hit! Students can share, identify colors and numbers, and follow directions all while practicing their fine motor skills. This is a great addition to our classroom.
Thanks again for all of your help!”

It is so light weight making it very versatile throughout our classroom environment. The divider has helped students remain with the group during instructional time. It has also created physical awareness for students provides students with a sense of security. Again, thank you so much for our contribution!”

Sensory Seeking Students
Funded Mar 27, 2018Thank you so much for your support! Unfortunately our egg chair has been placed on back order. We are not sure when it will get here. However, our trampoline has arrived and it has been life changing! It has allowed students to get the proper amount of sensory input and promote self-regulation skills. We use it multiple times a day to get vestibular stimulation. After students have jumped for a little but, they are more focused, centered, and ready to work. We can not wait to see how even more relaxed the students are once the egg chair comes!”

Funded Jan 26, 2018Thank you so much for your generous donations! With your help we were able to fund our project in less than a month! We were able to replace all our morning work bins. These bins are over ten years old, chipped, stained, and in need of a retirement. Many of my students would fixate on these details making it very difficult for them to focus on their work. When the kids first saw the bins they were so excited. They kept saying "its fixed, its fixed!" They are now able to concentrate on their morning work instead of their broken bins. Thanks again!”

Funded Nov 28, 2017Thank you so much for your donations! You have no idea how much we appreciate your generous contributions. My students were so excited to find new manipulative in their blue bins! They are a huge hit with the kids and the teachers!
When students come in they have a work bin to complete. When they are finished they can get a blue bin. These new materials are in the blue bins. Students are more motivated to complete their work efficient so they can play with their new toys. These new toys allow students to work on fine motor, social/emotional, and cognitive skills. The wobble chair is also a big hit! My students have lots of energy and sometimes sitting ready can be tough. The wobble chair allows students to remain with the group and complete their work without disrupting the class.
Without your help this would not be possible! Again, thank you so much for your donations. We hope you enjoy your thank you cards and pictures! :)”

Sensory Seeking Sweeties
Funded Jan 4, 2017Thank you so much for your generous contributions. Your donations have allowed us to create a more conducive learning environment by integrating sensory items.
The light covers have created a relaxing learning environment for students, especially those hypersensitive to light. When they walked in and saw them for the first time they were so excited! The silly sensory set has been a huge hit! Many of my students need something to fidget with or to provide sensory stimulation in order to do any seat work. The silly sensory set has provided students with the resources they need to help complete their work
Once again, thank you! Your donations mean the world to me and my students. You have a special place in our hearts! :)”

Little Lakeshore Learners
Funded Nov 4, 2016Dear Donors,
We can not thank you enough for your generosity! You truly are helping to make a difference in our classroom. My students were so excited to see and play with their new classroom materials. My students are now playing in the art center more frequently thanks to the play dough rollers, craft noodles, and googly eyes. This center is a HUGE for working on their emerging fine motor and comprehension skills. They love their new additions to the block and puzzle centers. With the incorporation of these tools we are one step closer to reaching our goals. Again, thank you so much!”
