About Hazel Crest School District 152½

Hazel Crest School District 152½ serves the communities of East Hazel Crest, areas of Markham, areas of Hazel Crest, and a section of South Harvey. There are approximately 1,100 students enrolled in two newly constructed district schools: Barack H. Obama Learning Academy and Jesse C. White Learning Academy. The district is an active member of the community. We are committed to high standards and providing a well rounded educational experience for students and families. In addition, the district serves the larger community through programs and access to the building facilities.
