Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will learn how to zentangle to learn mindfulness and reduce anxiety.

Zentangle art can be used for stress reduction, education, therapy, and even motivation training, which includes calming an anxious mind, increasing self-confidence, and cultivating moment-to-moment awareness in a similar manner to mindfulness meditation.

What is the benefits of Zentangle?

People practicing Zentangle have found that it has increased self-confidence, relieved stress and anxiety, improved eye-hand coordination, nurtured and developed creativity and the list goes on.

Supplies include pens, notebooks, idea books and much more to learn the art of zentangle.
