My Project

I teach students from seventh to twelveth graders. They need to be prepared with practical and functional lifeskills to support their needs to build independence for after high school. The microwave and tools will be useful in supporting my students in practicing reading recipes and creating food to sustain themselves and treats for a job well done.

I currently have an air fryer that my students have been practicing making chicken wings (the meat tester will be useful), fresh cut fries, King cakes, grilled cheese sandwiches and more.

These items would be a great addition to my current supplies to expand my students skills and help them be successful in the future. All student deserve to be supported in learned skills to support themselves. My students love to learn about food and try new foods.
