Help me give my students a healthy snack! Recently, migrant children have joined our school community. They don’t bring a snack and while I have been providing them with treats, we would be grateful for your help!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students need a little break in the morning and a snack to re-energize them. My new students are migrant children from Latin America. While they are eager to learn, they need a great deal of support. A snack would make a huge difference in their school day and keep them more focused on their learning. Help me make an impact on their education by providing them with a snack. This will add to their concentration and focus. It’s the small things that happen during the day which truly influence how much students learn in the long run!
