This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This project is a way for me to help students focus. One of the biggest distraction in our classroom is hunger and students can't focus when they are hungry. The food dispenser will be filled with the dry cereal that students can snack on during the day while they work. My students are 7 and 8 year olds with a lunch time of 12:30pm. That's pretty late for little ones that ate breakfast at 8am. I'm also hoping to get additional snacks for those that come late and miss breakfast or lunch.
