My Students

My students come together from a wide variety of backgrounds to build a strong school community. They are eager to learn and appreciate the opportunities afforded them.

The library is the heart and soul of our school.

I work hard to create a safe space where students can explore new interests and entertain new ideas. I believe books are the key to unlocking their best future.

My Project

These books highlight the rich stories of diverse authors and will be shared with students during story time in the library and if needed through virtual read-alouds. The students will be fully immersed in the books as they evaluate each selection and choose which one they think should receive honors this year. The nominees are some of the best new books available and will be valuable additions to our collection for students to check out for years to come. They are beautiful books that will cultivate the students' love of books and reading.
