My Students

I Teach in East New York Brooklyn. My classroom culture reflects students from

different economic backgrounds, cultures and learning styles.

The majority of my class are ESL students. In my class, we are each other's brothers and sisters as well as motivational support. We love each other and want to see all reach the level we know we can. This year our theme is going for the goal and we plan to reach all the goals we set for 2017

My Project

STEM has recently become a huge part of our school curriculum. Because of students lack of exposure to an engaging Science curriculum, I had to think of a way to get them excited about what STEM has to offer.

What better way to engage them and make them feel like future scientist then mirror the look of it.

The lessons for science are already engaging and hands on. These lab jackets would not only give my students the added safety and protection during each lesson because we do experiment with different substances, but these new and engaging materials will get my students interested in what each lesson will intell. My students as well as myself would be greatful these materials.
