My Project

The items I am choosing will help my students to have more choice in their reading. They choose their young adult fiction novel as a supplement to the primary resource we use in class. Their choice of novel will help them to practice the skills we learn in class. Some students are interested in young romance, some in dystopian novels, and some in experiences that mirror their own. The fiction books will give them opportunities to work with their peers who have the same interests. I hope it will help them grow into lifelong readers.

Some students need to practice reading in their first language as well.

These multilingual novels will allow them this choice as well.
