My Project

Teaching students/children how to garden will support the next generation of adults to live self-sufficiently when it comes to healthy eating habits.

Showing a child the process from seed, plant to vegetable firstly shows them the wonders of nature and science.

After the vegetables are ready to harvest, we will have a variety of cooking experiences, allowing the students to take a big part in the prep. How many dishes can be created with this one type of vegetable? Helping a child understand what they can create in their own backyard or neighborhood garden is something they will never forget.
