Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have two goals for this project. First, I'm transitioning my classroom into a Modern Classroom and supplies such as headphones will help me. Students will be taking greater responsibility for their learning, and the floor seats will offer more options for students who might want to find a quiet place to work independently or with a partner.

Second, some excellent STEM resources are available from Teachers Pay Teachers, and I'd like to use some of these resources to deepen my units and make them more engaging.

The board games will be used for occasional Fun Fridays to reward students who are on or ahead of pace with their lessons.
