This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi there! I am a teacher at a Title 1 school, where I teach English Language Development to 80 enthusiastic students. To motivate them to work hard and follow daily classroom expectations, I would like to provide them with rewards throughout the school year based on their positive actions.

I am looking for "motivator rewards" such as fidgets, bracelets, cute erasers, markers, and other miscellaneous prizes.

Rewards play a crucial role in the classroom as they increase participation, encourage students to try their best, and motivate them to work together.

Moreover, the rewards also help my young students by tracking the rewards they receive and improving their learning. Providing small incentives for positive behavior will help my students stay engaged and motivated.
