This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I've created this project to motivate my students to read. My student struggle to read and need some encouragement to meet their reading individual goals. Rewards and incentives are powerful tool to motive and inspire student to reach their goals. My students self-esteem will boost and the impact will be tremendous in their classroom assignments in which their grades will be impacted. This incentives will motivate them to be more productive because they will create a feeling of pride and achievement. This is how this donation will impact my classroom.
