My Project

Children thrive on verbal praises and motivational words. They seek attention and their good behaviors to be noticed. The requested items of stickers and manipulative toys would help with my classroom management that my first graders still need to grasp the concept of as well as having my students take more responsibility for their actions and behaviors within the classroom throughout the day. My students will also learn how civics and government are very much related to how classroom management goes hand-in-hand. With the use of stickers and hands-on activities, these rewards will help my students to be more motivated in knowing that if their behavior meets the teacher's expectations for the day, then they will be rewarded for following the rules and taking responsibility for their actions.

Mrs. Montano will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by July 12.
