My Project

A sense of belonging is what my precious preschool learners want most of all. A safe loving place, where our similarities bring us together in a bilingual learning school community and our respect for our differences, make us a strong and unique preschool family. We are all welcome here! Each one possessing something so special and unique, that we all can embrace and learn from. We strive to make every little voice heard, and everyone's culture represented and appreciated. We need each other to be whole, because everyone brings something special to the preschool table. One way we will do this is by providing many lessons using visuals and manipulatives that represent the many cultures in our class community. Having books, clothing, dolls and toys that reflect the cultures in our classroom sends a strong message that you belong here! We want you here! You are loved here! You are respected here! All are welcome here!
