My Project

I need yoga mats for my students and clients I see in public schools and in my mental health practice. Yoga is an incredible method for young individuals to explore their bodies and engage in somatic experiences to promote healing, healthy body image, and improved sensory regulation. I work with students age 6 to 22 with neurodiversities, different abilities, and complex, traumatic experiences. I use music, yoga, and movement as healing modalities and teach students lifelong regulation and coping skills.

Please help get me what I need to teach my students and clients positive coping skills through movement and breath work in by doing yoga.
