My Project

Students will learn the benefits of how yoga can improve physical and mental well-being. Many students struggle to self-regulate given the daily mental load of their circumstances or a mental health condition. Yoga can support students with learning more about their physical health, and more importantly the skills to improve their mental well-being.

Our students often have emotional disabilities and will benefit from skill based learning to improve their self awareness, flexibility, and self regulation skills.

Some students will also benefit from the physical conditioning to improve their coordination and fine motor skills.
