My Students

My students are so creative and need to apply their creativity in a positive environment. They have so many untold stories inside, just waiting for the opportunity to be told.

Preserving history is paramount in this ever changing world.

Students need an outlet where their story can be told even when they think no one is listening. What better way then to put your thoughts in a Yearbook for lasting memories and get credit for doing so. The future is at our fingertips and we need to grasp it while we can.

My Project

Students participating in yearbook will be able to creatively design online while learning how to use professional editing and design tools. They will use the iPads and Microsoft Surface to design the schools yearbook from home. This while learning how to collaborate virtually with their classmates to create a phenomenal book for distribution.

This year will be extremely challenging and student participation is essential for creating a memorable yearbook.

Providing the students with the necessary tools is essential for the creation of the schools yearbook, while enhancing design skills, vocabulary, communication and collaboration skills to move forward in this ever changing world.

Ms. Mosselle West Side High School Grades 9-12

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.
