Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Celebrations in our class are always a fun learning time. I enjoy celebrating the Lunar New Year with my students as we aren't in class for the traditional New Year. The Year of the Snake will bring lots of fun and learning for my transitional kindergarteners and kindergarteners.

Red decorations and snake fidgets will help make our Lunar New Year celebration.

I'm also requesting supplies to continue crafting fun, including glue sticks and printer ink. My students are excited to start the new year with more P.E. games like soccer and basketball; a ball pump is essential to ensure the game continues!
