My Students

I have taught at our school for the past 26 years. I have had the opportunity to meet an amazing bunch of students over the years. I know my new class will be just as amazing. They are eager to learn and love learning.

I have never wanted my students to be without so I have always made sure they had all the items they needed.

This year is no exception. I want my students to have a love of learning and the tools they need to be successful.

My Project

Pre-K is such an important time in a child's life. This is where my students will learn through play. My students are from a low-income neighborhood and the ability to give each of them a set of tools to help them grow as writers is an amazing opportunity.

The ability to have different types of writing materials like dry erase boards, journals and Play-Doh letters will give each child the opportunity to practice writing with many facets.

Please help me to help my students engage in writing while at their desks, in centers, or at the gathering area.
