My Project

This year our students are so excited about their writing! They have really shown their passion for learning new strategies to make their writing longer and stronger. Many have expressed that they want to become authors when they grow up. Help us to make our classroom a success for our future authors. We have prepared our own writing center in the classroom for the students to not only use, but to use independently! We just need a little support with filling up our writing center with supplies.

Students are learning to revise and edit their work using different colored pens.

Purple for revising and green for editing. They are learning to use sentence strips to tape on to their papers when they want to add more to their writing. For those students who need to come to the teachers desk for extra support need a place to sit. Those stools will be very beneficial to our classroom. Then of course with all of their hard work, we of course need some treats for a publishing party!
