Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items we are requesting on this project are necessarily to improve handwriting skills! My students have so many stories to tell, however they struggle with handwriting.

Most of my students have visual perceptual deficits which impact their ability to write legibly.

Adaptive paper, pencil grips and slant-boards can help facilitate visual and fine motor skills. The goal of this project is to provide modifications and adaptations so that my students can achieve academic success. We are in need of paper, highlighters, grips and slant-board to practice handwriting skills.
