I am a second year teacher in kindergarten and really see improvement with my students now that we are in January! I am so excited about their growth and see they are giving it everything they got to learn and follow school rules.
My students work as a team, build each other up and need great materials to really focus on their writing.
When students are writing they are learning how to read their own work, I am in great need of quality writing journals.
My Project
These materials will really motivate students to love writing and learning how to read! Every day my students will use their journals to write about how they are feeling, what they did that day or what activity took place.
They will also receive a special writing pencil which they will only be used for their journal, so they have a big eraser to go with the pencil.
I am so excited to hand these journals out to my students so they can start putting words together and form sentences. They will probably be writing 1- 2 sentences and will write more as the months go on.
