Our program is nationally recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for having won 13 Student Production Awards! Our students are now at the top film schools and participating in industry.
I stress writing and brainstorming in my class as that is what the industry looks for in their candidates.
Students that write tend to do better in all forms of media. The glass writing board promotes writing and collaboration. Students can easily share their ideas on a wall.
My Project
Before my students can begin shooting video, they must first write...and most times that includes brainstorming a multitude of ideas! When students write, they have a better chance at producing a successful project.
In other words, everyone gets on the same page!
Students will be able to see what they are going to produce when they can collaborate and write their ideas so everyone in the group can see, comment, and add ideas!
Students can write and change ideas very easily on a glass writing board. Each group works in an edit bay. Each edit bay will have a writing board.
