Help Mrs. Bellamy

I teach the first grade at Burgaw Elementary School, which is located in the rural city of Burgaw, N.C. in Pender County. We are a Title One school with over 85% of our students receiving free or reduced lunch. I teach all of the first grade English Language Learners (ELL). I am seeking funding for writing center supplies for my students. I truly feel with all of my heart that these supplies will be of great help to all of my students. It will help encourage them to become not only writers, but publishers. I teach at a low income school and community, so many of my students do not have access to such wonderful writing utensils and supplies. The impact they would have on my students would truly be amazing and extremely positive! We are only allowed $150 for all of our supplies at the beginning of the year, and I have not been able to afford to use the supply money on valuable writing supplies such as these. I want my students to have as many learning tools as possible, and I feel this would be perfect. If there is anyone who can help my students by providing funding for my writing center supplies, we would truly appreciate it. Thank you and have a blessed day.
