Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My class is a diverse transitional kindergarten class at a Title I school in the Bay Area. More than half of my students are multilingual learners who are learning English for the first time. They are a creative and caring group of students who love to learn.

Fresh art and writing materials are essential for a transitional kindergarten classroom!

They help kids get creative, strengthen their fine motor skills, and bring some color to their day. With new supplies like markers, collage supplies, and journals, students can explore their imagination, express themselves, and have fun learning. So, let's stock up on these goodies and give our little learners the tools they need to unleash their inner artists and writers!
