Help me give my students supplies for a literacy rich classroom learning experience. Students will build words using magnetic tiles, chalk, magnetic boards, and resources on TPT, read Elephant and Piggie books and get rewards for good reading.

My Project

I am requesting various materials to create a more supportive and encouraging literacy classroom. We want students to explore reading and writing using materials that expand on what we already have. By using resources found on Teachers Pay Teacher (TPT) students will be able to expand their learning during independent work time.

Students at this early learning stage need various and noval ways to explore words and these materials will give them new opportunities to grow their literacy skills.

Students will be given chalk to help encourage writing outside. Students will be given magnetic writing boards to write sounds and small words they are learning. Students will build words using magnetic tiles with letters written on them. Students will have Elephant and Piggie books read aloud to them to expand their joy of learning. Students will be given prizes and incentives for reading and writing progress.
