This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am looking to stock up on pencils, mechanical pencils, and erasers for the school year to make sure that I can provide them for students and that it is one less thing for students to worry about during the school day.

I have students that struggle with making sure they have the necessities, and the last thing that I need is to have the kids worry about if they have a pencil for class or not.

I don't push the "you need a pencil before stepping into my class" because I want my students to focus on learning in my class, not on what they don't have.
