My Project

Every year, my classroom takes three whole weeks to absorb our research, write an illustrated report, and present our topic to the class. My students will benefit from having informational text readily available for research. My goal is to have each student feel accomplished and comfortable using informational books. My students are special because they persevere through challenges and look forward to learning.

We are specifically requesting to use resources Smithsonian Research Books and Eye Witness Books so my students can complete their projects.

This project will help learning outcomes as it boosts morale and garners interest not only in the subject but in school in general. Every year students immerse themselves in history and truly want to produce a great end product. The other items in the cart are incentives to complete the workbooks also in the cart! Additionally, I added a few basic supplies(pencils, a sharpener, colored pencils, markers, etc.) that the classroom needs to get us through the year.
