My Project

Experiencing history is the best way to learn it. But the global pandemic has made it difficult to travel. Finally, in February of 2023, I will travel with 50 students to Madrid and Andalusia!

We will take part in wonderful activities such as a flamenco workshop and a painting class, in addition to seeing all of the wonderful sites and mixture of cultures of Spain.

We are a Title I performing arts school that has been open for 23 years. Our students maintain over 90% attendance rate and are very talented in all of their art forms, whether it is visual arts, instrumental music, drama, dance or vocal. I know that visiting such places will be a truly magical lifetime experience for our art students.

As we go through our travels of our trip we will be seeing and experiencing so much. And probably taking so many amazing photos. I want to help provide my students a way to charge all of their devices and to help make sure they can stay in contact with their families at home.
