Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are K-2 English Language Learner students who come from countries ranging from the ​Dominican Republic, Honduras, Ecuador, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Yemen.

They are sweet, enthusiastic, and eager students who are excited to learn but are facing the harsh reality of learning remotely and going to school during the Covid-19 pandemic.

My students lack the necessary resources to learn at home and school to receive the kind of equal opportunity for them to learn with the help or resources that would make it easier for them to understand the concept being taught by their teachers.

My Project

Have you ever tried had difficulty hearing someone while using your pad or computer? Students have enough to deal with when it comes to the Covid-19 pandemic than to not be able to hear the teacher as they are trying to learn with background noise coming from their home or a classroom full of students. These headphones will make a tremendous difference in my student's learning in that they will be able to focus on the lessons their teacher is trying to teach them.

These headphones will help students adapt to their environment and heIp them learn and become engaged in their learning while working at home or school.
