My Students

Our classroom is designed to support students not only academically but also socially and emotionally. It is a safe inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and listened to.

My students are a combination of General Education students and Special Education students.

We are an inclusive environment that focuses not only on academics but also on creating a safe, warm, loving classroom where every student feels capable and willing to take risks. Each student is given the opportunity to complete their work where they feel they can do their best.

My Project

Our classroom is a combination of special needs students and general education students. Each child in our room is valued and given what they need to succeed academically and socially.

The addition of the wobble stools will help my students get the sensory input they require to stay focused on their work.

Many of my students need to move as they think and these stools will give them that opportunity without making them feel like they stand out.

The books I requested will help all of my students realize that not only are we each special and unique in our own ways but the characters we read about are as well.
