I have a class of 33 energetic and enthusiastic learners. My students love hands-on lessons where they are able to work together and explore many content areas. They enjoy reading, math, and STEAM lessons. We are a Title 1 school in Santee, California.
Our classroom community and collaborative atmosphere enable the students to dive deeper with their knowledge while learning to listen to the opinions of others.
I strive to provide my students with many interactive opportunities to stretch their thinking.
My Project
By adding these flexible seating tools to our classroom, students will be able to choose classroom seating options to enable active learning and increased motivation.
I have experienced the benefits of flexible seating with my former first grade students and I am thrilled to be able to provide these tools to my current fourth and fifth grade students!
The Kore Wobble Stools will provide my students with just the right amount of movement to allow them to concentrate on their work. In my previous experiences with flexible seating, I have seen my students grow academically and socially. The use of wobble stools will provide my students with an additional option to get those wiggles out while allowing them to meet their academic potential.
