My Students

My special educationstudents are enthusiastic and energetic learners. They are active and need good support to keep them focused and ready to learn.

The students work hard this classroom to learn good functional skills, build healthy relationships, staying with the group, following directions, and accessing general education content in different ways.

We celebrate the steps, whether big or small, that each of the student is able to progress every single day. The success of each of my students is my greatest pride and joy.

My Project

My special education (intense/severe) students are challenged to sit at their desks to learn and do school work and art projects.

Your donation for these stools will definitely help increase my students' focus while working or listening or participating in lessons.

These stools provide continuous movement while sitting relaxes the right side of the brain, leading to better focus especially for any students that are diagnosed with all forms of ADD, ADHD, and Autism as it provides them with an outlet to move about in their seat without distracting other students. Keeping these students at their desks to work is our biggest challenge.
