Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every year I get an amazing group of students who are eager to learn new skills and evolve. Unfortunately, they do not have access to all of the supplies that will help them succeed. We are a very technology based school and use Chromebooks to engage in our math and reading programs that are accessed by a computer. Having access to headphones and a wireless mouse will help my students focus on assignments and be successful in school. Many of my students have trouble reading and will be able to use the headphones to listen to books on tape. Many of my students have troubled home lives and face stress everyday. They will be able to use the headphones to listen to calming music to ensure their emotional state stays leveled.
