My Project

I have a diverse group of students. They come from a variety of different backgrounds, speak a variety of different language, and have a variety of needs. But what is one thing that they have in common? They are all wiggly first graders. In my classroom, I aim to create an environment in which all of my students can thrive. One way that I would like to add to our classroom environment is with flexible seating choices.

Not all students do their best work from a standard desk chair.

With wobble stools and ball chairs, my students would be able to choose a seat that would allow them to do their best work.
