Help Mrs. Boula

Help students discover the great writers they can be and why writing is important. I teach fourth grade in a rural Title 1 school. I have students of varying ability levels as well as interest levels. Writing is an integral part of our curriculum and it is a difficult area for my students.

Writing is an area where my students tend to lose focus and enthusiasm. They have a hard time seeing the value of writing. It is hard for them to understand the writing process as well as how they can complete it. I do not have a lot of activities or resources to help students develop their writing skills as well as manage their created works.

The resources I requested will help students keep track of where in the writing process they are. It will help them to stay focused and have a clear idea of what their next step in the writing process is. The resources will also give me new activities to use to help improve their writing process skills and help to improve their created works. These materials will help guide students to a better understanding of the writing process and how to use it.

Your help will make writing in the classroom a more meaningful process for students and will help to create lifelong writers.
