Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My student sometimes need motivation to reach the academic goal. I like to celebrate their short and long achievements which keeps them going to do better each time. This incentive grow the confidence and motivates them to keep going. Each time they reach a goal and get rewarded they tend to strive to do better and reach higher goals. This incentives will motivate them to do better academically, reach their highest potential, and find success in everything that they do. Motivation is an essential ingredient for effective learning and positive behavior.
