My Students

Our school corporation is a rural district, trying to equip our students with the skills and experiences to be successful in our ever-changing world. I have the privilege to teach first grade, in our small rural district.

My first grade students are excited about the world around them.

As their teacher, it is my goal to create opportunities to make them curious about the world around them. My goal is to empower them to ask questions and find answers. My students are world changers.

My Project

I want to provide resources for my students to learn, study, and explore the world around them. We do not have a globe in our classroom. I would love to have maps and globes in my classroom to help my students learn about our country, our continent, and our planet.

My students have a strong desire to learn and I long to supply them with the nesssary tools.

The globes, maps, atlases, and picture books will help them learn about their world. I know my students will do great things. I want to stretch their horizons and help them learn and then change the world!
