This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Whiteboards & erasers are used every single day in my classroom. They are used for phonics instruction, handwriting ,modeling sentence structure, sharing and creating math instruction. Over the years of much use the lines on our whiteboards have faded. This is hard for students to track their words on the board and form letters correctly.

Whiteboards are an essential tool in our classroom, they also help some of my students who are visual impaired or who cannot hold a pencil correctly and need a marker with bold lines.

The erasers have seen better days. Students use these to correct their work and learn from their mistakes. It’s the simple tools that become a huge part in students’ learning everyday!
