Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The 2021-2022 year will be back in school full time! For most of my students, this will be their first year of school, so my job is to make it the best. Every student also qualifies for free breakfast and lunch every day. My school is full of great students, parents, teachers, staff, and administration. We work together to make sure each child is getting the best education they can! We all become family at our school!

My Project

Getting brand new whiteboards that are double sided will help my students become good writers. We will use the whiteboards to write numbers, letters and sentences properly using the side with lines. We will use the blank side during math and to have free draw.

My students love to learn and want to learn the right way.

I want them to be able to use the writing lines on this board to practice making the letters in their name or words perfectly or as we say the “kindergarten way”. Erasers come and go, and in kindergarten we need the best. These erasers will provide ease when using the whiteboards, and kids won’t get frustrated because everything will erase nicely.
