My Project

These snacks are my way of acknowledging my students' efforts and determination during lessons. I believe in the reinforcement theory, which suggests that behavior can be influenced by the consequences that follow it. Based on my teaching experience, when students receive positive reinforcement, they are more likely to complete their work. The snacks serve as a reward for being responsible in their studies, showing that they deserve recognition. Students are motivated to finish their tasks because they know their efforts will be acknowledged. I’m excited to offer these treats to those who truly deserve them.
