Wheeling Around Our Learning

Help me give my students a wagon to haul outdoor learning materials to the playground and lunches on field trips.

My Project

Recess and field trips are one of the greatest joys of being a kid and going to school. Logistically though, it can be challenging to get 16 students and their things around. Being 3 years-old, they are limited on what they are able to carry and be responsible for.

This wagon, will minimizing the physical burden on both students and teachers while maximizing the safety and supervision of students.

With the wagon, we will be able to load up all of our outdoor equipment like balls, chalk, and bubbles to haul to the playground. With all the materials safety in the wagon, it will allow for us, the teachers, to keep 100% of our attention on our students. It will also allow for us on field trip day days to load all of their lunches and coats into the wagon, lessening the burden on students to carry it and be responsible for it. This will allow for students to fully engage and enjoy the field trip, without having to worry about where their coats and lunches are.
