My Project
This furniture would give us a kitchen remodel in our dramatic play area. We've had to move to a different classroom this year, and we now have a little bit more space for this very important area. The kitchen furniture we currently have has been well-loved for many years and has been re-glued and repaired a few times.
The dramatic play area is crucial in a preschool classroom.
This is often the first area that children are comfortable exploring. It is also the best area for building language skills with our English language learners and non-verbal children. Children feel comfortable acting out life situations and skills, and they learn to work together as they play "family," or "restaurant," or go on "vacation," etc.
