Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am very excited to embark on a new adventure this school year. I will have the opportunity to provide my students foundational language, literacy, and comprehension skills, to prepare them for success in school.

The books in my project focus on foundational language, literacy and comprehension skills for my students.

I will be working on oral language, phonological awareness, foundational reading skills and reading comprehensions in whole group and small group settings. We will incorporate the arts with our reading by including dramatic play, drawing, and creating art related to each book.
